
MAPLE CRUNCH CHOC PROTEIN BARS

1 1. In a large bowl, mix the seed/nut butter, maple syrup/honey, and protein powder until well combined.2 2. Add the Freedom Maple Crunch Cereal and mix until it’s evenly coated.
3 3. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish, pressing it down to create an even, flat layer.
4 4. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, then mix in the protein powder until smooth.
5 5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the base and spread it evenly.
6 6. Crush the Freedom Maple Crunch Cereal and sprinkle it on top.
7 7. Freeze overnight, then slice into pieces the next day. Then enjoy!
8 *Store the bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. This keeps the chocolate topping crunchy while the cereal layer stays chewy.

Base:
- 2 cups @freedomfoods Freedom Maple Crunch Cereal
- 1/4 cup vanilla/chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup seed/nut butter
- 1/3 cup honey/maple syrup
Topping:
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp vanilla/chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup Maple Crunch cereal, halved
