Method

Preparation time: 15 min | Cook time: 0 min | Serves: 12

1 1. In a large bowl, mix the seed/nut butter, maple syrup/honey, and protein powder until well combined.
2 2. Add the Freedom Maple Crunch Cereal and mix until it’s evenly coated.
3 3. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish, pressing it down to create an even, flat layer.
4 4. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, then mix in the protein powder until smooth.
5 5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the base and spread it evenly.
6 6. Crush the Freedom Maple Crunch Cereal and sprinkle it on top.
7 7. Freeze overnight, then slice into pieces the next day. Then enjoy!

8 *Store the bars in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week. This keeps the chocolate topping crunchy while the cereal layer stays chewy.
