
FRUIT & BUCKWHEAT YOGHURT BOWL

1 Slice the banana and apple. Combine them in a bowl with the cinnamon and honey/maple syrup, mixing well. 2 Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the water and allow it to heat up. Then, pour in the apple and banana mixture and cook for a few minutes until soft and golden brown. 3 Meanwhile, add the yoghurt to a bowl. Top with the caramelised fruit, the Freedom Cranberry & Buckwheat Flakes, peptita seeds, and seed/nut butter. Then enjoy! โบ๏ธIngredients

- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp seed/nut butter
