Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over. Employees and family members of employees of Good Food Partners cannot enter this competition. One entry per user.

3. To enter, entrants must follow Good Food Partners on social media [@joystau] and include a statement about what brings them joy. Incomprehensible, incomplete, offensive, rude, defamatory or racist entries will be deemed invalid.

4. The promotion commences on January 13th 2024 @ 11:30pm  AWST]. Entries close at [29th January 2024 @ 11:59pm AWST].

5. The Promotor will choose the winning entry based on creative merit and individual originality on [30th January 2024]. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The one winning entry will win the prize of one year’s worth of Joy St Protein Puffs (52 packs) (total valued at $223.60) and an opportunity to meet Sam & Teagan Rybka (The Rybka Twins). The winner will meet The Rybka Twins on a mutually agreed date, and spend a day at Luna Park (Sydney or Melbourne). 

7. The winner will be notified by private message to their social account used to enter the promotion on [30th January 2024]. If the winner does not respond to the message by [5th February 2024] then a new winner will be chosen on [6th February 2024]. The winner’s details will be published in a method as determined by the Promoter.

8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

9. The entrant warrants to the Promoter that its entry submitted is an original work that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the entrant warrants they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.

10. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner must agree to be involved in promoting the competition, including being photographed and interviewed. The winner agrees that the Promotor can use their name, image and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner to the public and in any articles or social media posts promoting the competition.

11. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.

12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Error and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

13. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy https://www.goodfoodpartners.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/The-Arnotts-Group-Privacy-Policy-June-2022.pdf. A request to access, update, correct or delete any information should be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
